Settle, Inc. ("Settle," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Settle: Class Actions mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service").   • Location Data: General location based on IP address (we do not collect precise GPS location without explicit consent).

Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Claim-related data may be retained for up to 7 years after settlement completion to comply with legal and court recordkeeping requirements.

When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Our Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child has provided us with personal data, we will promptly delete it. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, please contact us immediately.
