By creating an account, downloading the app, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification.

To use the Service, you must:

Settle provides a technology platform that helps individuals identify, file, and track class action settlement claims. Our Service includes:

• •Automated eligibility screening for active class action settlements.
• •Claim preparation and submission assistance.
• •Settlement status tracking and notifications.
• •Payout disbursement management.

All subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated in our refund policy.

You agree not to:

Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination, and may be reported to law enforcement authorities.

The Service and all its original content, features, and functionality — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — are owned by Settle, Inc. and protected by United States and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or exploit any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Settle, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims exceed the greater of $100 USD or the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), rather than in court, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property violations.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at legal@settleclassactions.com. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any fees paid.

Sections 7, 8, 9, and 10 survive termination of these Terms.
